Glasgow · SEO since 2001
Search, ads and AI, wired into one machine.
Craig Campbell has spent 25 years getting businesses found. The agency now builds what happens next — the automations that qualify the lead, chase it, book it and log it, without anyone on your team touching a keyboard.
The part Craig is known for. Technical fixes, content and links that put you in front of people already looking — and now, in front of the AI tools they ask instead of Google.
Every build is different. This is the shape of it.
What we build
Four parts. One system.
Most agencies sell you one of these and leave you to bolt the rest together yourself. We build the whole thing, wire it up, and show your team how to run it.
SEO that still works in 2026
Twenty-five years of doing this, through every algorithm update, without the fluff. The fundamentals done properly, then iterated on — including being cited by ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers.
- Technical audit and fixes
- Content built around what actually converts
- Link acquisition that survives scrutiny
- AI search visibility
Paid ads with a floor under them
Search, social and retargeting built on the same tracking as everything else, so you can see which click became money instead of which click was cheap.
- Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
- Landing pages built to convert, not to look busy
- Conversion tracking that ties back to sales
- Budget moved to what closes
AI doing the boring work
Not a chatbot bolted on your homepage. Agents trained on your business that read enquiries, answer the routine ones, draft the rest and hand a human the ones worth a human.
- Enquiry triage and lead scoring
- Instant, on-brand first replies
- Quotes and proposals drafted from your templates
- Call notes summarised into your CRM
Automation and systems
The plumbing between your website, inbox, calendar, CRM and invoicing. Built once, documented, and handed over so it keeps running whether or not we’re still involved.
- Custom workflows across your existing tools
- Follow-up sequences that don’t need chasing
- Reporting your team will actually open
- Written handover and training
How it works
Four weeks to a working system.
A real sequence, in this order, because each step needs the one before it.
Look at what you’ve got
Your site, your ad accounts, your tools, and where enquiries currently go to die. Usually the fastest wins are already in the building.
Map the machine
We draw your version of the diagram at the top of this page. You approve it before anyone builds anything.
Build and wire it
Traffic work starts, automations get built into the tools you already pay for, and everything gets tracked end to end.
Hand it over
You own the system, the accounts and the documentation. We stay on to improve it, not to hold it hostage.
Who you’re dealing with
Twenty-five years, no filter.
Craig started in 2001, working from home, and went on to run his own marketing agencies out of Glasgow. Along the way he’s built a large following teaching SEO in public — free courses, YouTube, podcasts and conference stages across the UK and abroad — on the basis that showing your work is better marketing than talking about it.
He’s known in the industry for saying the unpopular thing when it’s the true thing. In 2026 he picked up the Voice of SEO award at Masterminders in Manchester for exactly that.
The reason this agency exists in its current form: rankings and clicks stopped being the hard part. Handling what arrives is. So the work moved to building systems that catch, qualify and convert the attention — with AI doing the repetitive middle.
“Your website is still the number one way to improve AI inclusion. Do the fundamentals well and iterate on top.”
Straight answer
This isn’t for everyone.
Worth a call if
- You already get enquiries and some of them are going cold
- You want to grow without hiring three more people to keep up
- Your tools don’t talk to each other and someone is copy-pasting between them
- You want to own the system at the end, not rent it
- You can commit to a few months — none of this is instant
Probably not if
- You want page one by Friday
- You want AI to replace your sales team entirely
- You’re shopping purely on price
- Nobody internally has time to approve anything
- You’d rather have a monthly report than a change in revenue
30-second check
Where’s your leak?
Three questions. You’ll get a straight read on which part of the machine is costing you money — and you don’t have to give us your email to see it.
01 — How many enquiries do you get in a typical month?
02 — How fast does someone reply to a new enquiry?
03 — Can you say which marketing produced last month’s best customer?
Before you ask
The questions everyone asks.
How long before we see results?
Automations start saving time in the first few weeks. Paid ads produce data immediately and usually turn profitable inside one to two months. SEO is the slow one — expect meaningful movement from month three, compounding after that. Anyone promising page one by Friday is selling you something else.
Do we own the system at the end?
Yes. It’s built inside your accounts and your tools, documented in writing, and your team gets trained on it. If you stop working with us, it keeps running. We’d rather you stayed because it’s working than because you’re locked in.
Will AI be writing all our content and replies?
AI drafts, humans approve. Nothing reaches a customer without a review step somewhere in the chain. The point is removing the repetitive middle — the triage, the first reply, the chasing, the note-taking — not removing judgement.
We already have an SEO agency. Does that rule us out?
Not at all. Plenty of clients keep their existing agency for traffic and bring us in for the qualification and automation layer underneath. If we think their work is the actual problem, we’ll say so — which is usually why people ask Craig in the first place.
What tools does it run on?
Whatever you already pay for, wherever possible. The system is wired between your website, inbox, calendar, CRM and invoicing rather than replacing them with something new for your team to learn. If there’s a genuine gap we’ll tell you what it costs before anyone signs up to anything.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. The team is in Glasgow and works with clients across the UK and internationally — remotely, in person, or a mix.
